Return & Refund Policy

CREATIVESEASONSAPPAREL accepts eligible return requests within 30 calendar days of delivery. Please review the conditions below before requesting a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, apparel items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused
In their original condition
Returned with original packaging and included items
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage after delivery, alterations, or missing parts may not qualify for a full refund.

How to Request a Return

Before returning an item, please contact CREATIVESEASONSAPPAREL and provide:

Your order number
The reason for the return
Clear photographs when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please do not send a return without authorization. After reviewing your request, we will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.

The contact address displayed on our website is not automatically the return address.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Please include photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label when possible.

After reviewing the request, we may provide:

A replacement
A refund to the original payment method
Return instructions when the item must be sent back

For approved returns involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, CREATIVESEASONSAPPAREL will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

Returns for Other Reasons

For change-of-mind, sizing, color, or preference-based returns:

The item must meet the return conditions above
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
A trackable shipping service is recommended

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original PayPal payment method within 5 business days. PayPal may require additional processing time to display the refund in your account.

A refund may be reduced or declined if the returned item is worn, washed, altered, incomplete, damaged after delivery, or otherwise does not meet the return conditions.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

Cancellation requests are available only before the order enters processing or shipment preparation. Once an order has been shipped, it must be handled as a return under this policy.
